Cove was brainchild of Feelmore Labs, it was meant to help users
stress less and sleep better. They were backed by researchers from prestigious universities and scientists, which made this product a game-changer in the making.

Challenge
& solution

Even though Cove was built with high-end technology enabling it to be sleek and easy to use. The company itself had a difficult time getting users to understand and believe that the product was the real deal. Their message also lacked cohesive clarity and education, which accounted for their high bounce rates and drop in purchases.

By focusing on creating a new visual language that would make their brand more memorable. As well as exploring and testing out different narratives, I was able to gage which designs and “tone of voice” options resonated best with users. Armed with these insights, I guided potential customers further down the purchase funnel, culminating in the acquisition of a Cove device.
